The Orangery shortlisted for two awards

The Extra Care scheme has been listed by Judges as a finalist for The Planning and Placemaking Awards in two categories: ‘Regional- Southern England’ and ‘Award for placemaking using public sector-owned land and property’.

The Orangery is due to open in April 2016 and will provide 58 high quality apartments for older people with a range of needs. 

Gibberd have worked closely with Rydon and AmciusHorizon, together with a number of stakeholders to deliver this scheme which in addition to providing state of the art apartments will offer on-site communal facilities including restaurant, activity room, hairdressing salon, well being room and residential lounge and is set within communal landscaped gardens.

Winners of the Planning and Placemaking Awards will be announced at a ceremony at London’s Savoy Place 29 June 2016.
