Curzon Street is steeped in history and located off the South West corner of Berkeley Square. The building is located on the North side of Curzon Street equidistant to Chesterfield Street and Chesterfield gardens.
The building is a Grade A office comprising 2,092 sq ft over 6th and 7th floors, currently arranged as fitted open plan space on the 6th floor and two large meeting rooms with a kitchen and WC’s on the 7th floor. The 7th floor includes a spacious roof terrace with fantastic views across Mayfair.
The design provides excellent office amenities such as fully fitted modern interiors, suspended ceilings, comfort cooling/air conditioning, raised floors, commissionnaire and excellent natural lighting.
The metal tile suspended ceilings with inset lighting is a predominant architecture feature within the offices which provide a stylish yet modern finish. This project was completed in the year 2000, and is currently still used as office space.
