Gibberd were appointed as executive architect for the scheme by Rydon Construction Ltd. The residential units are designed to meet the requirements of London Housing Design Guide. The scheme is arranged over 7 storeys, residential units are accommodated over floors 1-6 whilst the ground and mezzanine levels are occupied by retail units 1-3, together with residential car parking and ancillary elements servicing both the retail and residential elements of the scheme. Each residential unit benefits from a private external balcony space and all residents will benefit from the communal landscaped gardens which are provided on a south facing podium deck at first floor level.
