35-37 Alfred Place is a CAT A office refurbishment in the West End of London where Gibberd were appointed by Willmott Dixon Interiors to provide full architectural services from RIBA Stage 2 through to completion.
The building is located on Alfred Place in Camden and is an existing 19th century traditional red brick warehouse which had previously been used as a school building. Consisting of 6 floors including a basement the refurbishment included a full internal strip out, replacement of roof and windows and new lift. Due to the existing building restrictions the refurbishment included exposed services throughout which gave an industrial aesthetic to the scheme.
Completed in 2014, the scheme provides 1220 sqm of net office space over the six floors.
