The practice was appointed by Gracechurch Street No.1 Ltd, to develop design and obtain amended planning for a 150,000 sq ft office building at 36-41 Gracechurch Street, London EC3.

The scheme comprises eight storeys of new build office space, behind a retained stone facade with retail at ground floor, together with an adjoining 8 storey new build to the Northern part of the site, to form a single coherent building. Light and efficient space has been provided by careful core design and optimal fenestration.
