Broadway House, located in Tothill Street Westminster was constructed in the 1920's close to the houses of parliament as a base from which The Engineering Employers Federation could lobby MP's in support of their industry.
A full space planning study was carried out to assess gthe future needs of the Federation in the context of its outdated accommodation. A detailed design was formulated to provide offices, conference rooms, dining and reception facilities suited to a modern working environment.
The project was administered from inspection to completion with particular attention paid to the phasing of the works to allow the client continuous occupation of the building while open plan, flexible air conditioned office space was constructed.
Conference rooms finished to a high quality and fitted out with the latest audio visual aids together with comforable dining rooms associated kitchens provide appropriate accommodation for the Federation members close to the heart of government.
