The practice was appointed to carry out investigation into all aspects of leaking and defecgtive cladding to the Island's recently completed hospital. Following a series of extensive investigations a costed option study was prepared covering repair and replacement alternatives.
This appraisal included design life and maintenance implications as well as assessment of the affect upon the operation of the hospital during construction. Upon receipt of government approval the Practice was appointed for both the remedial and temporary accommodation works involving careful phasing over three years to maintain continually of patient care.
