An office redevelopment situated on prominent corner site in the City of London near to the Guildhall, porviding 60,000sq ft of space over 8 storeys including retail and restaurant areas on the ground floor and basement.
The project was of special intrest as the development was designed around a listed staircase dating from 1729 and listed rooms on the ground, first and second floors. The building also has a courtyard to the rear with listed facades that were retained.
