Construction is progressing for St. Mary's Abbot Court with Gibberd being chosen as acting Architect and Interior Designer to two beautifully appointed residential apartments in Kensington, London. We are thrilled to share these before and after pictures of construction so far.

The site will contunue to progress over the coming months. 

Today on World Mental Health Awareness day Frederick Gibberd Partnership are celebrating Gemma’s recent qualifying as a Mental Health Champion.

At Frederick Gibberd Partnership, we pride ourselves in creating an inclusive and caring work environment for all to grow and develop with continual learning being key within our Practice ethos.

We recognise the pressures that exist at times within the construction industry that can challenge our mental wellbeing and recognise the important role we have as an employer to challenge stigma and encourage positive mental health and wellbeing throughout our practice.

As a practice we have developed our Mental Health and Wellbeing Policy and are arming ourselves with the tools to assist each other where we can, we have recently invested further in our employees with a new employee assistance programme which includes access to counselling services should any member of the practice need them.  

Throughout our lives we all experience fluctuations in our mental wellbeing, which can affect all aspects of our lives, as a practice we are working positively to break down stigma around discussing mental health amongst our peers. We feel it is incredibly important to promote an open and inclusive culture within our office, where we can discuss our mental health openly and gain support from each other when we need it and where we can all thrive.
