Design concept for the remodelling and refurbishment of an existing 8 storey 1920's office building for a serviced office provider to create a serioes of contemporary spaces. Works also included the intersection of an additional lift and the provision of ancillary spaces including tea-points breakout areas and basement gym.
The building was re-fenestrated with additional glazing to the reception facade at street level reinstated to create a retail style shop front.
