Wolsey Hall is located in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. The proposed mixed use scheme on the former community hall site provides a mix of 1 and 2 bed flats with the possibility of retail use at Ground floor. The existing residential accommodation was identified by Broxbourne Borough Council for regeneration to provide much needed residential accommodation in the Town Centre. The practice’s concepts seeks to instil some much needed quality and character, bringing inherent security and a defined sense of place and character to the area.
